How account owners invite new users

New portal users should be invited by an Account Owner or another approved requester with delegated access-management rights.

Common invitees

Office Managers, Workplace Experience Leads, Procurement Owners, Site Receivers, and Delegated Users.

If ownership changed

Route the request through support so the account record can be reviewed before invites are reissued.
